• Dry in Shade: Protect natural pigments like Indigo and Madder by drying your garment inside out in the shade.
• Smart Ironing: Use a medium-heat steam iron, and always iron embroidered motifs on the reverse side.
• Storage: Keep your garment in a breathable cotton bag to let the natural fibers breathe.

We do not accept returns
For exchanges, Products must be unused and returned in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and invoice included.

• Sale items, sample products, customised orders, and purchases made using discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
• Any damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

1. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER? 
   Our dispatch time is usually 2-7 working days plus courier transit time (depending on your location). But if you need it earlier, just reach out to us—we’ll do our very best to make it happen! Nothing makes us happier than being part of your special occasion.

3. CAN YOU CUSTOMISE DESIGNS? 
   We can customise the style (like the neckline of a blouse or the length of a kurta), but we do not customise prints.

   Please refer to the size chart on the product page to find your best fit as per your body measurements.  This ensures a comfortable and flattering fit. If you choose a size up, the garment may end up being looser than intended. If you’re between sizes, simply pick the closest size and mention your exact measurements in the order notes. We'll be happy to customise it for you.
