Shipping and Return Policy
1) Orders ship within 3 to 5 days of receipt of Payment confirmation. If the order is being produced fresh, then such orders will be shipped in 7 to 10 days or longer as the case may be.
2) We do not allow returns as we are a Limited Edition brand. However if you have any issue with your Purchase, you can exchange the same within 7 days. Products must have the original tags on them and must be in original condition.
Products will have to be couriered by the customer to the brand or handed over at any of our stores.
3) Once an order is placed with Spatika and the Product is shipped, you will get an order confirmation Number. Once the Product is dispatched, you will receive the shipment tracking details on email. If you wish to exchange a Spatika Product, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the Product, after which Spatika will not entertain any requests for exchange. The period shall be calculated from the date of delivery of the Product to you to the date the Product is received by Spatika.
4) Several Spatika Products are handcrafted products resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Such irregularity in the weave may not be considered as a defect. In the unlikely event that any Product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if Product delivered is different from what you had ordered, or any other reason whatsoever, you may exchange the Product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice. Any issues should be brought to Spatika’s attention within 2 days of delivery of the Products.
5) This exchange is subject to confirmation that the returned Product is a Spatika product, by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like original invoice and original tags.
6) Upon receipt of Product, Spatika shall evaluate each Product to determine that it is an authentic Spatika product. Any Product that fails to meet Spatika quality and authenticity standards will be returned to you, at your expense. If any Product provided to Spatika hereunder is found to be counterfeit/misused, Spatika reserves the right to confiscate such Product and provide the Product and any other information (including, your personal information) requested by the person, government authority or agency looking to trace the origin of such counterfeit Product.
7) Spatika shall make their best efforts but does not guarantee that a exchange of a Product for incorrect size/color requested by you could be exchanged for another size/color of the same Product and would depend entirely on the Product and fabric availability.
8) Cancellation Policy is not applicable for Products that are ordered with specific indications like, customization of clothes, engraving on any jewelry/accessory/bags, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon.
9) The responsibility of safe shipping/pick-up of the returned product to Spatika is on the Purchaser. Spatika does not assume any responsibility of the returned product until the same is received by Spatika. You will receive an email (Receipt email) acknowledging receipt by Spatika of the product forwarded to Spatika for exchange and the condition in which it was received.
10) There is no exchange on sample products on the website or any product sold during any sale instore or online.
